The Agent of the Republic of Colombia before the International Court of Justice in two (2) proceedings started by Nicaragua against Colombia.

Carlos Gustavo Arrieta Padilla was appointed Agent of Colombia in the following cases indicated before the ICJ: (i) delimitation of the continental platform between Nicaragua and Colombia beyond the 200 nautical miles counted from the Nicaraguan coast, and (ii) dispute of sovereignty rights and maritime spaces in the Caribbean Sea.
