Nicolás Castro Espinel is a lawyer graduated from the Externado University of Colombia, holding a Master's degree in Private Law, Person and Society, Contractual and Non-Contractual Liability, Civil and State Law from the same institution. He has extensive experience in providing legal advice to both public entities and private companies, particularly in areas such as public procurement, infrastructure, road concessions, port infrastructure, public utility services, mass public transportation, telecommunications, and energy.

Throughout his career, he has supported the judicial representation of numerous clients in litigation before Arbitral Tribunals, the Administrative Law Courts, and the Civil Courts, in disputes related to both public and private contracts.

Before joining AMYA, Nicolás Castro Espinel practiced as a lawyer in other prestigious law firms in Colombia, specializing in these areas.
