Lawyer graduated from the National University of Colombia, with a postgraduate degree in Contract Law from the University of Rosario and holding a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Melbourne (Australia).

He has a strong background in contract law and construction law, with experience in both civil law and common law jurisdictions. Throughout his career, he has held various roles across multiple jurisdictions, including positions as a construction lawyer in firms in Australia and Colombia, advising clients on the negotiation of contracts of various legal natures, the resolution of complex legal disputes, and the planning and management of construction projects.

In his professional practice, he has supported the performance of some of the largest infrastructure projects in Colombia, as well as the participation of international clients in bidding processes in other jurisdictions.

Additionally, he is fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, with a basic level of proficiency in French.
