Attorney graduated from Universidad Nacional de Colombia. Specialist in Administrative Law from the same University.

As member of the Litigation and Arbitration Area, he has broad experience as serving as counselor to national and foreign clients in complex disputes before the administrative and civil jurisdiction and national and international arbitration tribunals under ICC Rules, with particular emphasis on Administrative Law, State Contracts, Civil and Commercial Law and Public Law, involving, among others, infrastructure, construction, transport, energy, mining, and oil and gas disputes.

He is assistant professor of Law of Contracts at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, and legal columnist. He was part of the Latin American Lawyers Exchange Program in London in 2019 promoted by The General Council of the Bar and The Law Society of England and Wales.

He is part of the group for the investigation of annulment of arbitration awards headed by the Center of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and the Colombian Arbitration Committee. Also is currently admitted to the specialization program in Infrastructure Law at the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
