Jorge Tirado Navarro

Lawyer and philosopher from Universidad de los Andes, holds a Master’s in Law from Columbia University, where he focused his studies on International Arbitration, Infrastructure and Mining-Energy Law. He is a specialist and holds a Master’s in Public Law and Administrative Management from Universidad de los Andes. Jorge is professor of State Contracts from Universidad de los Andes, and he has performed as professor of Administrative Law from that same University. His professional practice is focused on Administrative Law, Mining-Energy, Arbitration, Constitutional Law and State Contracts. In 2015, Jorge was elected as “Associate to watch” in Public Law by Chambers and Partners Latin America Guide. Before joining Arrieta Mantilla & Asociados, he worked at Clifford Chance LLP in Washington, D.C., in groups of Financing of Projects and International Arbitration. He speaks Spanish and English.
